Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

This notice is provided for California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). It explains our position on the “sale” and “sharing” of personal information and how to exercise your rights.
1. We do not sell or share your personal information
PrivacyFixed does not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms (“sell” and “share”) are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not exchange your information for money or other value, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles. Not selling or sharing your data is fundamental to what PrivacyFixed is.
2. What this means for you
Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is nothing to opt out of in that respect. You do not need to take any action for your information to be excluded from a “sale” or “share” — it already is.
3. Exercising your rights anyway
You may still submit a request to confirm this status or to exercise your other CCPA/CPRA rights (to know, access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you). To do so:
- email privacy@privacyfixed.com with the subject “California Privacy Request”; or
- if you have an account, delete it and its associated data at any time from your Account Settings.
We will respond within the time required by law. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, and we may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.
4. No discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights — your access to and the price of the Service will not change.
